In the event the machine is already being used, please patiently await your turn, giving the current user plenty of space.

One simple price of £9 includes everything you need (warm water rinse, shampoo, conditioner, flea wash and a high and low blow dry function plus 30 seconds of free time to disinfect the tub). Running out of time? Extend the cycle for an extra 5 minutes for £4.50, an extra 3 minutes for £2.70, or an extra 1 minute for 90p! A considerable saving in comparison to a full groom.

All our self-service dog wash stations are open 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Some stations are open 24 hours a day, however some have different opening times, please check our locations page for detailed opening times for each machine.

Yes, you can! There are two safety chains in the washtub to secure both dogs if they fit. If you’ve got big dogs, please secure the other dogs somewhere safe before using the machine.

Yes! Once you have finished your wash cycle, please take advantage of the 30 seconds free rinse and disinfectant to clean the washtub ready for the next user. Dog Wash Express maintains a strict and regular cleaning schedule, but we can’t be there to clean up after every wash, so please leave the wash station as you would expect to find it.

Absolutely! The equipment is designed to be safe and gentle for dogs of all ages, including puppies.

Yes, the machine is equipped with a blow dryer that can be switched from high to low mode and is safe and effective for drying dogs of all coat types. If you have an especially long-haired dog, please also bring your own towel to assist with the drying process.

We accept credit and debit cards and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. No cash, sorry.

Yes – the water in the wash station is set at 36 degrees which is the perfect temperature to ensure dogs have a comfortable bathing experience and the machine can be used in all weathers, at all times of the year. Please always check the temperature of the water before you use it on your dog to ensure that it is ok for them.
